Memory Isles is a family-friendly game by Pacavel. This policy describes the current version of the game. Contact us at pacavelng@gmail.com with privacy questions.

Game progress stays on your device

Memory Isles currently stores your game progress locally on your device. That progress is used to let you continue playing and is not uploaded to a Pacavel cloud-save service. Cloud storage and online gameplay are planned for the future and are not part of the current game.

Local progress remains on your device until the game’s stored data is removed. You can manage or delete it using your device’s app-storage controls where available. Removing stored data can permanently erase your progress. Device-level backups, if enabled, are managed by your device or platform provider under its own settings and privacy policy.

Analytics, advertising, and purchases

Memory Isles does not currently have analytics installed. Advertising and an in-app purchase to remove ads are planned for a future version. Before these features launch, this policy will be updated to describe the providers, information they process, and available privacy choices. Any permissions or consent required for those features will be requested before the relevant processing begins.

If you email Pacavel, your email address and the information you include are used to respond to your request. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or unnecessary personal information.

Support information and your choices

Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to address the request and meet applicable legal obligations. You can email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us. Depending on where you live, you may also have other privacy rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Pacavel cannot remotely access or delete progress stored only on your device.

Email is processed through our email provider, Google. Its handling of service data is explained in the Google Privacy Policy. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure; please send only the information needed for your request.

Family privacy

Memory Isles is designed to be family-friendly. Current game progress is stored locally, and analytics and advertising are not currently implemented. Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact us for support instead of sending personal information themselves. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Pacavel, contact us so we can address it and delete it where appropriate.

Future features and policy updates

Before adding cloud storage, online gameplay, analytics, advertising, or purchases, we will update this policy to explain any new information collected, its purpose, service providers, retention, and privacy controls. Where required, we will obtain parental consent or other consent before collecting the relevant information. The updated effective date will appear on this page, and material changes will be communicated where required.
