1. Playing Memory Isles

These terms apply to your use of Memory Isles, provided by Pacavel. By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the game. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these terms in your country, a parent or guardian must review and agree to them on your behalf.

2. Your use of the game

Pacavel gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to play Memory Isles for non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store through which you obtained it.

You must not use the game unlawfully, interfere with its operation, bypass its security, distribute unauthorized copies, or exploit it to harm others. These restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law expressly gives you.

3. Our work

Memory Isles and its original code, artwork, audio, branding, and other content belong to Pacavel or its licensors. Playing the game does not transfer ownership of that content to you.

4. Future ads and purchases

Advertising and an optional purchase to remove ads are planned for a future version. If introduced, the price and what the purchase includes will be displayed before you buy. Payments and refund requests will be handled under the applicable app store’s rules and your statutory consumer rights. These terms will be updated where needed before those features launch.

5. Availability and updates

We may update the game to improve it, fix problems, or change features. We cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device. Where changes materially affect a paid feature, applicable consumer rights remain in place.

6. Privacy and saved progress

Our privacy policy describes the game’s data practices. Progress is currently stored locally on your device. Removing app data, losing your device, or changing devices may result in lost progress. Cloud saves and online gameplay are planned for the future.

7. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or takes away mandatory consumer protections available to you.

8. Ending use

You may stop using and uninstall the game at any time. Pacavel may restrict use where reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these terms, protect the game, or comply with the law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the game changes. The updated date will appear on this page. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes and seek agreement where required by law.
